All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly review your request and work with you to make it right.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund (on a case-by-case basis)
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order.
