Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Love N Grace. Each product is handmade in small batches with care, and we take pride in carefully packaging your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States

Shipping rates apply to U.S. orders only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Carrier selection is based on the most efficient and reliable option for your destination and package size.

Delivery Time Estimates

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Love N Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some products may be sensitive to heat. While we take care to package items carefully, Love N Grace is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage that may occur during transit or after delivery in warm weather conditions.
